A leader at the top level with strong technical background and relevant expertise in sugar industry. The ideal candidate should be B.E. or B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering with 20+ years of holistic experience in sugar production technology & project management.
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
A self-motivated individual with strong leadership abilities and sound Mechanical Engineering background in the sugar Industry to take up this challenging position. The ideal candidate should be B.E. or B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of experience in sugar plant maintenance balancing, modernization, rehabilitation and improvement.
MANAGER (INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL)
Must have the knowledge of latest technologies in the field of Instrumentation & Control. The ideal candidate should have B.E. or B.Sc. Electronicsilnstrumentation & Control from a reputable institute with 12+ years of experience preferably in sugar mills or processing industries with self-power generation.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (CANE)
A hands on position that require extensive knowledge of cane procurement. development & agri services. Must be a leader who can inspire his team to achieve great results. The ideal candidate should be B.Sc. or M.Sc. Agriculture with 15+ years of experience in renowned sugar or agricultural business.

Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the post of Deputy Chief Engineer, Instrumentation at its Factory located in Mirpurkhas. The person will be responsible for keeping oll instruments and related control systems in working order and within the permissible limits of accuracy. The person should have proven experience in maintenance / troubleshooting of single and multi loops controllers, PLCs, Gauges, SCADA, HIM, DCS, air compressors, dryers, pneumatic systems and all other field instruments used in sugar mills. Preference will be given to those who have worked on DCS of Honeywell specially C 70 Controllers' programming and HMI's software (Experion Vista 3000). The ideal candidate should be between 30 - 40 years of age and hold BE or BSc.degree in Electronics or Diploma in instrumentation from a reputable institute with 8-10 years (for Degree holder) and / or 12-15 years for Diploma holder) of relevant experience, preferably in sugar mills and boiler automation system. He should be able to motivate his staff and be a team player. Working knowledge on SAP / ERP will be an added advantage.
